 ISLAMABAD: The spokesman of Awami National Party (ANP), Zahid Khan said on Monday that no military operation was underway in Dir adding that security forces have launched action only against militants.
Talking to journalists outside the Parliament, Zahid said the FC is assisting the police in Dir operation. To a question, he said that Mian Iftikhar Hussain and Afrasiab Khattak were present in Timer garah for talks with the TNSM. He said after the promulgation of Nizam-e-Adl Regulation, no one should take up arms and challenge the writ of state. |  |
