 KARACHI: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry is slated to arrive Saturday in Karachi.
According to the sources privy to the Supreme Court (SC), the CJ Chaudhry will make a stopover in Karachi for rest here and subsequently leave for Hyderabad.
The CJ and Justice Khalilur Rehman Ramday will hear cases from Monday to Friday in Karachi after returning from Hyderabad.
According to sources, the cases to be heard by the CJ include petition on oil tankers’ parking in Shireen Jinnah Colony, industrial wastes and marine pollution. |  |
