Pak players waiting for visa to participate in Asian Badminton C’ship LAHORE: Pakistan badminton team is still waiting for visas to tour India for taking part in the Asian Badminton Championship, to be held in Delhi from April 12.

However, no camp has been organized for the preparation of the event nor any coach has been appointed.

The Asian Badminton Championship will be played in Delhi from April 12 to 18 and the Pakistan team has to leave for India on April10 but the visa issuing process has not so far been completed.

The Pakistan team includes Wajid Ali, Umar Zeeshan, Rizwan Azam, Kashif Sulehri, Palwasha basher and Sara Khan.

These players belong to different cities of the country and all these players are busy themselves in training as no camp has been organized.

The team will go to India without a coach.

The national players will be given Rs 10 dollars each on the tour of India.
