Two matches in Indian Premier League today
Updated at: 1108 PST,  Sunday, May 11, 2008
Two matches in Indian Premier League today MUMBAI: Two matches will be played in Indian Premier League on Sunday (today).

Low on morale and languishing at the bottom of table, Deccan Chargers will have to reverse their losing streak when they take on Kolkata Knight Riders in a must-win match at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad at 15:30 today to remain in the reckoning.

The badly-bruised Hyderabad team which has won only two of the eight matches it has played so far are sharing the bottom spot with Bangalore Royal Challengers on four points and would have to post a few victories to remain in contention for a semi-final berth.

The match can be IPL debut of Pakistan’s speedster Shoaib Akhtar who will play for Kolkata Knight Riders.

The second fixture of the day will be between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur at 19:30 (PST).

Geo Super will live telecast both IPL matches from the venues.
