Delhi set Rajasthan 157-run target JAIPUR: The Delhi Daredevils set the Rajasthan Royals a target of 157 runs in the 33rd Twenty20 match of the Indian Premier League here today at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium.

Put into batting by the Rajasthan Royal's captain Shane Warne, the Delhi Daredevils made 156-7 in the allotted 20 overs.

Their main scorers were Farveez Maharoof and opener Gautam Gambhir. Mahroof displayed aggressive batting in the final overs and smashed 39 off just 16 balls with four huge sixes and two fours while Gambhir made 31 off 23 balls with four boundaries.

From Rajasthan Royals, Shane Watson, Dimitri Mascarenhas and Siddharth Trivedi claimed two wickets each while leg-spinner Shane Warne conceded 47 runs and failed to get any wicket.

The Rajasthan made one change, all-rounder Dimitri Mascarenhas, the only England player in the IPL has finally been included in the team before he returns home, in place of bowler Sohail Tanvir.

Delhi dropped Mohammad Asif and Shoaib Malik for Farveez Maharoof and Tillakaratne Dilshan.
