WASHINGTON: Foreign ministers of France and Britain in their separate meetings with Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari have ensured to provide help for meeting the challenges in war against terror.
Today, president Asif Zardari will meet with the UN secretary-general.
France foreign minister Bernard Kouchner and British foreign minister David Miliband held meetings separately with president Zardari in New York.
In these meetings, the foreign ministers of both countries with president Zardari exchanged views on matters of mutual interest including war against terror and the situation of the region.
Both the ministers assured Pakistan to provide help for meeting the challenges in war against terror.
Meanwhile, president Asif Ali Zardari will today hold meeting with secretary general of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon and in this meeting discussion is expected on the people’s migration from Swat and Bonair due to military operation and the probe commission on the murder of Benazir Bhutto. |  |
