 Pak to continue efforts for terror elimination: Rehman

 ISLAMABAD: Minister of Interior Rehman Maliksaid Friday Pakistan attached great importance to its relations with the United Kingdom and there was scope to further cement the bilateral ties.

This he said during a meeting with United Kingdom's High Commissioner to Pakistan Adam Thompson who called on him.

Rehman Malik congratulated the UK envoy over assumption of the charge as ambassador here. Malik renewed the pledge that Pakistan would continue its efforts for the elimination of terrorism.

The British envoy said his country also attached importance to its relations with Islamabad.
