Goldman, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley apply for TARP exit NEW YORK: Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Morgan Stanley applied to repay the combined $45 billion they received in October from the government’s Troubled Asset Relief Program, said a spokesperson of the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank

However, the Reserve Bank has not yet taken any decision on the requests of these three New York-based banks.
