KARACHI: Nisar Khuhro will take oath as the Speaker of Sindh Assembly on Monday under the 18th Amendment.
According to the 18th Amendment, the speaker will also take oath as acting governor, after which he will not have to take oath again even in the absence of governor.
In the absence of governor, only notification about acting governor will be issued. |  |
