 HUNZA: Pakistan Muslim Leagu-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced compensation for the victims of Hunza during their visit to Altat camp here Monday.
Shahbaz Sharif announced Rs100 million as relief support for the affected families of Attabad while Nawaz Sharif announced Rs0.5 million for each for families of the deceased victims.
Speaking on the occasion, Mian Nawaz Sharif said the affectees of Altat camp are as important as rest of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan and called for making contact with China for the restoration of Karakorum Highway. |  |
