Babar reaches SC; reporter grossly shoved back
Updated at: 1005 PST,  Tuesday, May 25, 2010
Babar reaches SC; reporter grossly shoved back ISLAMABAD: Federal Law Minister Dr. Babar Awan reached Supreme Court (SC) in connection with hearing of a case regarding the implementation of National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) verdict, Geo News reported Tuesday.

Various other ministers including Federal Minister for Water and Power Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Makhdoom Amin Fahim accompanied him on this occasion.

It should be mentioned that directives regarding stringent security measures have been issued during the hearing of the NRO implementation case to avert any untoward accident. Also, special passes have been issued for the purpose.

However, it was witnessed that the gate of the apex court premises was forced open, as the place was made overcrowded and thus, people not related to the case, succeeded to enter.

On this occasion, when a reporter of a private news channel tried to talk to Babar Awan, the crew of the federal minister shoved the reporter back in gross effrontery.
