NEW YORK: Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) has deleted seven Pakistani companies from its global indices and included two new ones.
Engro, Faysal Bank, Hub Power, Lucky Cement, Nishat Mills, Pakistan Petroleum and Sui Northern Gas Company were dropped from the Global Standard Index of Morgan Stanley, while two Pakistani companies—Pakistan Telecommunication and Jahangir Siddiqui Company were included in the MSCI Global Standard Index and Global Index Series.
