| Sri Lanka win toss and bat against the West Indies|

BRIDGETOWN, Barbados: Sri Lanka captain Kumar Sangakkara won the toss and elected to bat against the West Indies in the teams' opening Super Eights match in the World Twenty20 at the Kensington Oval here on Friday.
West Indies made three changes, with batsman Wavell Hinds replacing the unfit Narsingh Deonarine.
Fast bowlers Jerome Taylor, fit after ankle and shoulder problems, and Kemar Roach replaced Nikita Miller and Ravi Rampaul.
Sri Lanka made on change with Nuwan Kulasekara brought in to strengthen the team's seam bowling at the expense of batsman Dinesh Chadimal.
Star off-spinner Muttiah Muralithan was included despite a groin injury which the Sri Lanka team management feared might rule him out of the remainder of the tournament.
