 LAHORE: Federal Minister of Law Farooque H. Naek Sunday presented the text of constitutional package to Muslim League-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif at his residence in Raiwind. People’s Party leader Mian Jahangir was also accompanied with him.
Mian Shahbaz Sharif was present on the occasion with Nawaz Sharif, while PML-N leaders Chaudhry Nisar, Khwaja Asif and Khwaja Haris also reached Raiwind to attend the meeting.
Farooque H. Naek briefed Mian Nawaz Sharif about the constitutional package.
Earlier, on his arrival at Lahore Airport Naek said the constitutional package has been sent to Fazlur Rahman, Altaf Hussain and Asfandyar Wali while he personally arrived to deliver the package to Mian Nawaz Sharif.
He said the changes can be made in the constitutional package and the people, media and the allies can give their proposed amendments for the package. |  |
