GEO World  NATO blames Taliban over deadly attack on Afghan wedding  Updated at: 1018 PST,  Thursday, June 10, 2010  KABUL: NATO forces in Afghanistan on Thursday blamed the Taliban over an "indiscriminate attack" on a wedding in the southern province of Kandahar that the government said killed more than 40 civilians.
