 S.Korea space rocket crashes: report

 SEOUL: A South Korean rocket which was launched Thursday to put a satellite into orbit veered off course at an altitude of 70 kilometers (44 miles) and crashed, local television reported.

A science ministry spokesman could not confirm the report but said there would be an official announcement soon.
