 LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has been moved against the appointment of Masud Chisti as Law Secretary, Geo News reported Saturday.
The petitioner said in his plea that the appointment was spurred by the nepotism, pleading that Chisti is not capable enough to be posted in the office.
The petitioner requested the court to annul the appointment of Chisti as Law Secretary, informing that man in question is a junior of Federal Law Secretary Dr Babar Awan. |  |
