Tribunal’s decision banning Akhtar is final: Ashraf. MIRPUR, Dhaka: The Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Dr. Naseem Ashraf has said on late Saturday that the appeal tribunal verdict, banning Shoaib Akhtar for 18 months can not be altered. He was giving interview to the Geo News after Pakistan’s win over India in Kitply Cup.

Shoaib Akhtar cannot appeal against the verdict however he can counsel the court against the verdict, he said.

He said that defeating India in tri-nation series in Dhaka would testify Pakistan’s getting back on the winning track.
