NOTTINGHAM: South Africa made 130 runs for the loss of five wickets after winning the toss against India in the last match of the Super Eights stage in the World Twenty20 Cup 2009 here at Trent Bridge on Tuesday.
AB de Villiers top scored with 63 from 51 balls. He struck seven fours.
For India, Zaheer Khan, RP Singh, harbhajan Singh and Suresh Raina claimed one wicket each.
South Africa have already qualified for the semi-finals, while defending champions India are out of the reckoning after losing their previous two games against the West Indies and England. The West Indies, the other semi-finalist from the group, must wait till the end of the match to know their opponents in the last four.
