Fozia says does not need over-powerful PM ISLAMABAD: Secretary Information for Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Mrs. Fouzia Wahab said there should be balance of powers between President and the Prime Minister.

She said the country does not need an over-powerful premier, adding an all-powerful Prime Minister could save country from a dictator taking over it.
