Two security personnel killed in Swat bomb attack on Army convoy SWAT: Two security personnel killed in a remote control bomb attack on an Army convoy at Matta area here, which led to the clamping of curfew in Ronyal area, while 3 persons were killed at Seenpura and Tehsil Kabal.

Sources said that the security forces were on their routine patrol duty near Ronyal area here, when a bomb planted on roadside was detonated by remote control causing explosion that killed two security men—Naik Shakil Imran and Sepoy Ghulam Abbas.

Following the incident, an indefinite curfew has been imposed in Ronyal area. Meanwhile, some unknown persons shot dead Pervaiz and Qasim asleep in the ‘Dera’ at Seenpura area of Matta, while one person was killed by firing at Taharan area of Tehsil Kabal.
