24 militants killed, commander among 34 hurt in Orakzai PESHAWAR: Security forces backed by gunship helicopters and fighter jets targeted militants positions in Orakzai Agency, killing 24 militants and injuring 34 including a key militants’ commander Taj Gul.

According to FC sources, two training facilities of militants and a weapons storage were also demolished during the action.

The security forces pounded militants’ hideouts in Saiful Dar, Mamuzai, Shakar Tangi and Shahukhel areas of Orakzai Agency.
