5 die in Muridke fireworks factory blast LAHORE: Five people were killed and several injured in an explosion in fireworks factory in tehsil Muridke of Sheikhupura.

Police sources said the factory was established in a rented house in Zafar Park area. The roof of the house was collapsed. The blast also damaged the nearby houses. Five people were killed and several injured whereas many still under the rubble. A mother and her son also among the deceased, sources added.
