Dr. Ishratul-ul-Ebad longest serving Governor Sindh KARACHI: Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan on Wednesday earned the distinction of becoming Sindh's longest serving Governor.

He had the honour of being Sindh's youngest ever Governor when he took oath of the office on December 27, 2002 as the 30th Governor.

Earlier Lt Gen S.M. Abbasi had the honour of being Sindh's longest serving Governor who remained in this office from September 18, 1978 to April 6, 1984.
