KARACHI: Chief Justice Sindh High Court has suspended Civil Judge Hyderabad Aslam Baig Baloch on charges of corruption.
This is a very first suspension in a subordinate court following implementation of the news judicial policy.
According to Registrar Sindh High Court Abdul Rasool Memon, the SHC Chief Justice also issued a show cause notice to Civil Judge Hyderabad Ali Muhammad Aslam on corruption charges.
The SHC also transferred six Assistant Sessions Judges including two women. The names of the transferred judges are Tahira Mohsin, Mahjabeen Shaikh, Mumtaz Ali Rajpar, Salim Qambrani, Abdul Qudoos Memon and Manzoor Ali Khamisani. |  |
