GEO Sports  Salman Butt to lead Pakistan  Updated at: 1633 PST,  Saturday, July 17, 2010  LONDON: Opnening batsman Salman Butt has been selected as Captain for the rest of the England series, while wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal will be his vice captain, Geo News reported. This was decided in a meeting chaired by PCB boss Ejaz Butt here today.
