Women, children among 5 shot dead in Sukkur SUKKUR: Unknown armed militants have gunned down five persons including two women and two children in the outskirt of Sukkur on early Wednesday, Geo news reported.

According to sources, armed miscreants attacked a house in midnight, killing Allah Dino, his wife Sabeha, mother Somni and his two children and succeeded to flee the crime scene in the jurisdiction of Raza Goath police station.

SHO Imam Baksh Barohi termed the incident consequence of old family feud as Allah Dinao married Sabeha against will of her family and kins some 10 years ago, adding that the killers are Sabeha’s brother Jan Muhammad Kori and his accomplices.

Police have kicked off search operation in view of culprits’ arrest while a person also sustained injures during incident, he added.
