CJ calls report on New Murree project till tomorrow ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has directed the concerned authorities to submit detailed report about New Murree project till tomorrow.

A larger bench headed by chief justice conducted the hearing of suo-moto notice case of New Murree project.

Secretary tourism informed the court that government has benefited by the closure of the project and 76,000 trees are prevent from chopping.

Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry in his remarks said government has benefited due to the end of New Murree project, therefore, it must be grateful to the court. The hearing of case adjourned till tomorrow.
