KARACHI: Continued selling at Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on Thursday further eroded 45 points from the benchmark KSE-100 Index which finished the day at 7,492.
The major index kept fluctuating throughout the session today as the investors appeared cautious prior to the announcement of monetary policy in which it is expected that the central bank might raise the discount rate.
The trade volume stood at 90 million shares today.
Fauji Cement remained the volume leader which gained paisas 41 to close at Rs8.20.
KSE-30 Index slashed 75 points to peg at 7,902. |  |
