 KARACHI: The captain of Pakistan cricket team Shoaib Malik said on Friday that the national cricket team remained short of winning consistency however team was heading to approach positive results in future.
Addressing a press conference after beating Bangladesh by 10-wickets here in Karachi the skipper said, national team played all matches of Asia Cup positively except match against Sri Lanka, which witnessed major mishaps.
We would exhibit fighting spirit in Champions’ Trophy as tough teams include this tournament, he said.
Responding a question regarding the come back of Shoaid Akhter and Muhammad Asif, fast bowlers of Pakistan, he said that selectors would examine their fitness before inclusion into the team for Champions’ Trophy. |  |
