 SILVERSTONE, England: The ninth race of the Formula One, British Grand Prix will be held at London’s Silver Stone circuit and the championship leader Felipe Massa remained the fastest driver in the practice session of the event.
A free practice session was held on Friday for British Motto GP in which the Ferrari team’s Brazilian driver Felipe Massa set the fastest time of the day.
He crossed the one leap distance in one minute and 19.575 seconds while McLaren's Finnish driver Heikki Kovalainen came second with a mere difference of 0.002 seconds. However, he snatched the first position in the second practice session while Australia's Mark Webber of Australia set the second fastest time.
The qualifying session of the race will be held today. |  |
