 Security Council condemns NKorean missile launches

 UNITED NATIONS: The Security Council on Monday condemned North Korea's weekend missile launches as a violation of UN resolutions, its president said.

Ugandan Ambassador Ruhakana Rugunda, who chairs the 15-member body this month, said in a statement that members "condemned and expressed grave concern" at Saturday's North Korean ballistic missile launches.
