Updated at: 1832 PST,  Tuesday, July 07, 2009
ISLAMABAD: Adviser on Petroleum Dr Asim Hussain said Saudi Arabian government did not give free of cost oil to Pakistan after 2005.

Talking to a local news channel, he said the decision regarding enforcing the carbon tax was not taken in the drawing room; instead, it was approved by the parliament; however, the verdict of the higher judiciary will be respected.
