Jamia Hafsa resumes classes as Lal Masjid operation completes one year ISLAMABAD: Students started again their studies at the debris of the Jamia Hafsa on completion of one year of the Lal Masjid operation.

Former MNA Abdul Aziz, MPA NWFP Mufti Kifayatullah, khateeb Lal Masjid Mufti Maulana Abdul Ghaffar, Umme Hassan and others were present there when 40 female students of Jamia Hafsa began their studies while sitting on debris.

They reviewed the arrangements of the girls’ classes.

On this occasion, spokesman of the Lal Masjid Action Committee Mufti Abdul Rehman addressed a prèss conference and asked the government to implement the Supreme Court decision regarding hand over of the Jamia Hafsa.

He said that the women’s conference would also be held at debris of the Jamia Hafsa on July 9.
