 13 killed in Peshawar blast

13 killed in Peshawar blast PESHAWAR: At least 13 persons have been killed and several other injured after an explosion hit an air force vehicle on Mardan road in Peshawar Tuesday.

Sources say that a vehicle of Air Force was passing from a bridge when the blast took place killing at least 13 persons and injuring over dozen others.

Police and rescue teams have shifted the bodies and injured to Lady Reading hospital.

Injured remained in critical condition which could increase death toll while Kohat road has been cordoned off for traffic.

Cause of the blast is still unknown, according to police.
