Taliban claim responsibility for Air Force truck attack PESHAWAR: Pakistan Taliban claimed responsibility for bomb attack on a truck of Pakistan Air Force, which killed seven air force personnel and six other people in Peshawar on Tuesday.

Pakistan Taliban Movement spokesman Maulvi Umar said Taliban carried out the attack in reaction to military operations in tribal region of Bajaur and swat valley.

“Taliban Movement has warned that we would react across the country if the operation was not launched,'' Umar stated.
