 KURRAM AGENCY: The death toll in fighting between warring tribes in Kurram Agency has risen to 28, while 41 others are reported injured.
According to reports, clashes continued in Kurram Agency’s areas of Bagzai, Massizai, Marokhel, Sadda, and Balishkhel.
Both sides are reportedly using heavy weapons including missiles and mortar shells.
The week long fighting has left as many as 108 persons dead and more then 1500 injured.
Transportation remains suspended in Kurram agency owing to heavy fighting in the area, leaving more than 500,000 residents stranded. |  |
