8 terrorists killed in Kanju: ISPR RAWALPINDI: The security forces Saturday continued search and clearance operations in Swat and Malakand.

According to a press released issued today on the website of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), a terrorist voluntarily surrendered to security forces in Sakhra area of Swat. Also, the security forces conducted search operation in Swat’s Amluk and apprehended a terrorist.

The security forces conducted search operation in Deari of Swat near Kanju and killed 8 terrorists.

An explosive laden vehicle collided with security forces check post at Waliabad near Charbagh; resultantly, at least three soldiers embraced shahadat.

The security forces apprehended a terrorist commander Ishaq in Lal Qila Maidan area of Dir.

The security forces also continued the relief activities today, as 252,991 cash cards have been distributed amongst the IDPs of Malakand.

Also, the IDPs of Malakand have received Rs6 billion by now.
