According to Arshad Abdullah, judges should resume their work in Swat like other divisions of Malakand. He said, “security has been provided to District, Session and Additional Judges in Malakand and it should not be a concern anymore.”

Regarding Darul-Qaza, the provisional minister noted, “the establishment of the High Court is suffering from delay due to the shortage of judges,” adding, “as soon as the shortage is overcome a bench for Darul-Qaza shall be sent to Malakand.”
