No political wing at secret agencies: Malik
Updated at: 2118 PST,  Tuesday, August 25, 2009
ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik Tuesday said that Pakistan Intelligence Bureau (IB) and Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI) have no political wings.

Malik said no political eavesdropping is being carried out at any secret agencies, adding no phones of any political leaders are being taped in the country.

He urged India to take Hafiz Saeed case to Interpol as Interpol never moves without concrete evidences, adding India provided dossiers having no enough evidence.

Urging India to provide the dossier regarding Samjhota Express tragedy, Malik maintained Samjhota Express is as much important as Mumbai attack.

The dossier comprising the solid evidences regarding the anti-Pakistan activities being carried out at camps in Afghanistan, has been sent to Afghan government, adding Afghan government is taking action on the basis of the dossier.

Malik warned India if the information were not provided to Pakistan, then the country will not be responsible for anything which happens later on.
