 ISLAMABAD: The Advisor to Prime Minister on Petroleum Dr. Asim Hussain has resigned from his post here on Friday night, Geo news reported early on Sunday before dawn.
According to sources, he has sent his resignation to Premier Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Friday night.
His resignation came due to personal engagements, sources revealed, adding that Naveed Qamar, the Finance Minister, has been handed the additional charge of Advisor on petroleum to Prime Minister, sources concluded. |  |
