Two-member chess team leave for India LAHORE: Two-member Pakistani chess team left for India via friendship bus to take part in Asian Zonal 3.2 Championship.

The event, which is a qualifying round of World Chess Champion, will be held from August 9 to 18 in Indian capital Delhi.

India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh and Bhutan are taking part in the championship. Amir Karim and Tanveer Gilani representing Pakistan on self financed basis.
