Altaf calls for action against suicide attackers LONDON: Quaid Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain has strongly deplored the suicide attacks in Peshawar and Gilgit, expressing the grief over the deaths and injuries occurred in the attacks.

In a statement, released form here on Saturday, Altaf termed the suicide attacks as act of terrorism, adding that those elements involved in terror activities who shed blood of innocent people for meeting their nefarious designs are nothing but enemy of humanity.

Suicide attackers who play havoc with the lives and properties of innocent citizens deserve no kind of grace whatsoever, he added.

Altaf demanded President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani and Federal Minister Rahman Malik of taking swift action of twin blasts in Bannu and Gilgit and taking strict action against the responsible culprits.
