Updated at: 2208 PST,  Thursday, September 03, 2009
Govt not for exhuming buried matters: Malik ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Interior Affairs Rehman Malik Thursday said that an agreement on sharing of intelligence against terrorists has been finalized with Saudi Arabia while the government is not interested in exhuming buried matters such as Musharraf’s trial.

Talking exclusively to Geo News he said nothing was discussed regarding Pervez Musharraf or Nawaz Sharif during his meeting with Shah Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz.

He said government wants to utilize all its energies for the service of the people.

To a question, the Interior Minister ruled out the possibility of mid-term elections. “Those who could not form government should wait for five years,” he said.
