 LAHORE: Supreme Court (SC) has been moved against Irfan Qadir—Prosecutor General of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for committing contempt of court, Geo News reported Thursday.
Barrister Iqbal Jaffery, a renowned lawyer at the apex court filed the plea of contempt of court in the court.
The plea said Irfan Qadir committed contempt of court by defying the court’s ruling; accordingly, action should be taken against him for his misconduct involving court’s contempt. |  | | | |
