ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan will hear the memogate petition on December 1, Geo News reported.
The petition will be heard by a nine member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry.
PML-N president Nawaz Sharif had filed a new petition in the Supreme Court on Tuesday which stated that the country’s national security was again violated when 24 Pakistani soldiers were killed in a Nato attack.
