ISLAMABD: Federal Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf’s protocol team Sunday abused a high-ranking government official only for not letting them overtake his car, Geo News reported.
Bakhtiar Mohammad, Joint Secretary Revenue Department, told Geo News that he was driving along a road when he suddenly found himself being honked at by the minister’s aggressive protocol staff pressing him to give way when they could see I could not.
Upon this, he added, the driver of the pilot car, threatened me uttering obscene swear words for letting him overtake his car that too in the presence of his family.
“ I cannot even quote those expletives, they were vulgarities of the worst kind, my wife was also with me, which a respectable citizen did not deserve at all”, he said, while talking to Geo News.
He said Federal Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf was himself in one of the vehicles but felt no shame in watching a citizen being disgraced before his eyes.
