WASHINGTON: Pakistan's Ambassador to United States (US) Sherry Rehman on Tuesday condemned recent attacks in Afghanistan, adding that Pakistan stand along with their Afghan brothers in the difficult situation.

Addressing to a ceremony in Washington the ambassador said that Pakistan wants stable Afghanistan. She said that people in Pakistan were also facing terror attacks on daily basis.

The Pakistani ambassador said that Salala attack created differences between Pakistan and United States, adding that such attacks were the violations of Pakistani territory.

Regarding PCNS recommendations, Sherry termed the recent resolution passed by the parliament regarding new foreign policy as a historic move.

She said that Pak-US needed to build up confidence in relations among themselves.
