LAHORE: The 'save judiciary committee' got together in Lahore High Court to express their support to the Supreme Court's conviction against Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani in the contempt case for not writing to the Swiss authorities to reopen graft cases against President Zardari.

The members of the committee raised slogans in favor of the Chief Justice and against the Prime Minister.

They were of the opinion that following the conviction, there was no moral and legal justification for the Prime Minister to continue serving as the Chief Executive of the country.
