BEIRUT: A blast ripped through a suburb of Syria's second city Aleppo on Saturday, leaving at least three people dead, said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The bomb went off just as a bus was passing by in Tal al-Zarazir district, the Observatory's Rami Abdel Rahman told on the phone, adding that "the number of casualties continues to rise."
He added however that it was still unclear if the people on the bus were were members of the security forces or civilians. (AFP)
